  • Voks app version (shown in Settings)
  • A short description of the issue or question
  • Steps to reproduce the bug, if applicable
  • A screenshot or short screen recording, if it helps illustrate the issue

Frequently asked questions

Does the app need an internet connection?

No. All core functionality — phrases, speech synthesis, dialogues — works fully offline. Internet is only needed for App Store purchases.

Where is my data stored?

All your data — phrases, topics, dialogue history, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to it.

How do I delete all app data?

Delete the app from your device — all associated data will be removed. You can also clear app data through iOS settings.

How do I request a refund for a purchase?

All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
